Corporate

I have over 20 years’ international experience in the corporate worlds of IT & Banking, leading large teams to deliver innovative banking solutions. With a Business Analyst and Program Management background, I have learned and applied several program models such as Scaled Agile, Theory of Constraints, Lean, Design Thinking, Experimentation and Lean Six Sigma.

I select aspects from any model I experience first-hand to optimise delivery by tailoring the approach to suit the program and the people. I ensure large program teams “do things right”.

I combine customer-centric design thinking and portfolio prioritisation techniques I have devised myself, to optimise program benefits delivery. I ensure large program teams “do the right things”.

Personal

I have a keen interest in self-development. I have established a regular meditation practice and I believe meditation and other rituals contributes to both creativity and high-performance.

Having returned from Sydney to Dublin after 16 years in 2016, I am focussed on bringing the MAP model that I created to people and businesses through The Wellbeing Gym and Ernest Consulting. I have been published in the Irish Times and interviewed on radio.

My combination of business acumen, program delivery and meditation and well-being experience is rare. I like to apply this knowledge to personal and business needs – to create sustainable performance improvements and increasing creativity, clarity of thinking and decision making.
