What is MAP?

MAP stands for Meaning, Attention and Principles. It is a mental model you simply overlay on your life to figure out where to go, how to get there and take positive action. It is a path to visualise your life’s mission and live it through daily habits.

MAP is like Google Maps. It tells you the best route to take depending on where you are and how you travel. It even suggests alternates.

The MAP model includes GPS tools – goal-setting, prioritisation and systems. These ensure the actions you take every single day change your world.

Who is it for?

MAP is for anyone – whether you feel lost and need to get back in track, if you want to find more meaning, make significant change in your life or just optimise performance. It can be used by individuals or businesses.

The MAP journey

Over the past few years, I have built this personal life design model and associated courses and materials. I’ve trialled and tested it with various individuals and groups with very positive feedback.

In 2015, I started writing about wellbeing and productivity as thoughts occurred to me.

In 2016, I launched Kickstart 2016, a two hour workshop to help people draw their line in the sand. I currently provide the six-module MAP KickStart online self-paced course using MAP principles. I provide the model, research and the best tools and techniques I’ve personally tested for happiness, life balance, stress-free productivity and taking care of your self.
