What is MAP?

MAP is a mental model for those who are lost and need to get back in track or for anyone who just wants to find more meaning or optimise performance.

You can overlay the MAP model on your life to figure out where to go, how to get there and to take positive action.


It is a simple way to visualise your Life Meaning and live it through your daily habits. Within the MAP model, your GPS tools ensure actions you take every single day change your world.

The MAP journey

Over the past few years, I have built this personal life design model and associated courses and materials. I’ve trialled and tested it with various individuals and groups with very positive feedback.

In May 2015, I started writing about wellbeing and productivity as thoughts occurred to me.

In January 2016, I launched Kickstart 2016, an intense two hour workshop to help people draw their line in the sand. I am currently scheduling the four-week Sense2Action KickStart course based on the MAP principles. I provide the framework, research and the best tools and techniques I’ve tested for happiness, one-life balance, stress-free productivity and taking care of your Self.
